Czech Style Mish Mash

I love Czech food. But its sure hard to make healthy Czech food. With substituting a few ingredients, I made moms knedlo-vajicky into a healthy eggs and veggie breakfast. 
How to: Go into your fridge and select a few veggies you'd like to use. (I had onion and peashoots). Cut them up. If meat-eater, add diced up turkey slices. Stir fry on pan with olive oil. Add eggs when veggies are browned. Then season with chives and salt only if necessary. 
When finished, put on top of a piece of whole wheat bread, and voila! Dobrou Chut :)
