Step to Make Salad

How to make a delicious salad:

Step 1: Base (Spinach, lettuce, etc)

Step 2: Fillers (Bell pepper, onion, cucumber, tomato, etc)

Step 3: Short term Energy (fresh or dried fruits)

Step 4: Long term Energy (Nuts, cheese)

Step 5: Healthy fats (Olive Oil, balsamic, etc.)
