Eating for Health

My blog is dedicated to showing you that eating healthy doesn't have the be bland, tasteless, or plain. Its actually quite the opposite. The more colors you can include on your plate (I'm talking natural colors!) the more nutrients your body will be getting. Here is a colorful dish that I made recently:


Ingredients: quinoa, zuchinni, bell pepper, tomato, spinach, 1 egg, and pesto gouda cheese.
