- 2 cans of garbanzo beans
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 tbsp. tahini
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp fresh or dry dill
- 1/4 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Throw all ingredients into blender.
Blend until smooth.
Put on crackers, vegetables, or as a
spread for sandwiches & veggie wraps.
