- 1 Cucumber
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tsp. vinegar (white or apple cider)
- 1 tsp. garlic, pressed, dried, or minced
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp. sugar
Grate cucumber into a bowl and add all

Keep the cucumber, salt, and garlic,
Exchange sugar & all liquid ingredients for:
- 1/3 cup yogurt /full fat coconut milk
- 2 sprigs of dill
*This version is less sweet and more creamy
