Frog Jumps
Hey Sexy People! Here is a
9 minute
workout
that will get your heart rate up and work your core.
You need: jump rope, kettlebell/dumbbell, free space to move around, and a fierce attitude.
Here's what it looks like:
1 minute jump rope
25 kettlebell swings
1 minute jump rope
15 mountain climbers
1 minute jump rope
5 frog jumps for right side, 5 for left side.
