Vegetarian Dinner (Tuna Optional)

As I look in my fridge, I realize that I'm running low on groceries, but it's not the end of the week. So instead of going out and buying something hot, packaged, and full of fatty goodness,  I decide to try and utilize what I have at home. This is what I made:

Ingredients: Spinach, Snap Peas, Avocado, Onion, Pear, Tuna, Balsamic/Olive Oil

Nutrients: Half of your daily recommended intake for Protein and Veggies

Healthy AND Yummy!!
