Home-made banana bread recipe




Home-made Banana Bread


 
 

 Ingredients 
  • 1/2 cup soy yogurt
  • 2 eggs (or 6 tsp. applesauce)
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. alt
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1 cup mashed walnuts 
(Serving size is for 10)
 
Put it in a bread maker on "quick" setting, in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 min, OR believe it or not, you can put this in a slowcooker! I used my breadmaker so I didn't have to monitor 
it while I was off doing other things. When done, 
sprinkle crushed walnuts and cinammon
on top for an extra boost! :)
