50 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest. Equipment is optional, all you really need is a mat and weights.

Try and improve your number of reps each time,
without compensating for form!
Ingredients: 1 apple, 3 carrots, 1 squeezed lime, handful parsley, cube of ginger (or 1 tsp ginger powder) and cube of turmeric (or 1 tsp. turmeric). Blend and enjoy drinking your vitamins!
