Workout Of The Day

What you need:

kettlebell or sandbag
elevated bar, stairs, or chair
mat

50 rounds of work
8 Exercises of work
8 MINUTES TOTAL WORKOUT

Breakdown:
Sandbag swings
Elevated 1 leg pushups
Single arm sandbag swings
Left side plank lift
Sandbag swings
Right side plank lift
Single arm sandbag swings
Roll-ups to stand w/ sandbag
