Radish Chips

Radish Chips

Ingredients:
Radishes
2 tbsp. cooking oil (I prefer olive oil)
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Thinly slice radishes, or use a mandolin.
Place in bowl, toss with oil.
Lay radishes on baking sheet, no overlap.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until crisp.
Enjoy!
